We can ship to most countries in the world. You can also check the delivery area on the checkout page. To check if the shipment is available to your country, please enter the check out the page by adding the product to your shopping cart.

There may be some regions and countries that we have not yet opened the delivery service. If your shipping address is located in these areas,please contact our support team for help.

U.S. orders shipped from California,Delivery is 2~5 working days.

Most EU country orders shipped from Poland.Estimated Delivery is 2~5 working days.Orders from some EU countries cannot be shipped via Poland, e.g. Greece, and Polish couriers cannot send packages with built-in batteries.

Estimated delivery time for other regions is 7~14days.

Shipping Time

All the order will need 2 days for preparation and package. We will send you an email when your order has shipped.(If you have not received the email, please check the Junk Email folder or check whether the email has been rejected. Contact us if you still have not received the tracking number.)

Delivery timet in UK is 5~7days.(CWU members are taking national strike action on 14, 15, 23 and 24 December 2022.)

Delivery time in Germany is 5~8days.

Delivery time in France is 5~8 days.

Delivery to other country of the world usually takes 9-14 days to arrive, and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes. If your order is shipping to India or Russia, it will take about 30 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. If you are in Switzerland, delivery time is not stable due to flight scheduling issues, usually 10~19 days.

After shipping, you can track your order. THEODOTS currently does not provide online tracking services. Please check on the professional logistics inquiry website according to the tracking number we sent you, or contact our support team support@theodots.com to get the shipping status of your order.

Shipping Fee

We offer free shipping on orders of $39 or more. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the shipping fee will be shown on the check out page once the order is settled.

About Tax

Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country of import. Taxes apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the local countries law. Please contact your local customs authority for more information. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes and bear all financial losses caused by it.

Shipping Notice

When you place an order, be sure to enter the correct name, address, and contact information so that we can deliver your items successfully. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

For special shipping requests, please contact THEODOTS Support. Please confirm your address before payment. If you enter the wrong address, please contact THEODOTS Support in a timely manner. We will contact logistics personnel to solve the problem. THEODOTS orders can only be shipped to the country where the order is placed. If you ask to change the address after the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated. In addition, you are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by changing the address after the order has been shipped.
